Staff Gone Wild

Let ideas flow and empower your staff to be creative and see them succeed

I had an experience like this recently when one of our staff members in our Moncton store wanted to run wild with a live auction on the night of our Customer Wine & Cheese Event – a Christmas customer appreciation night at our store. Linda Thibideau, our outside sales associate, wanted to hold a live auction in order to raise money for the local soup kitchen. At first we were a little skeptical about the idea. She was so enthusiastic about it that in the end, we just let her run wild.

It was an amazing success! We had a great turn out with tons of amazing items that were donated from local area businesses for the auction.  We managed to raise over $5,000 for the local soup kitchen.

With the help of our entire team, Linda coordinated a wonderful event that was not only enjoyed by all our customers, but also benefited a great cause.

I’ve learned that sometimes, you just have to step out of the way and let your staff run wild with ideas.

Nice job Linda!
