    Hi Josephine,
    I think it depends on several factors. For instance I haven't found it to be something I can use to drive traffic into my store, but useful for my blog. It helps drive some additional visitors, push blog posts out, and generate ideas + conversation. I think it really depends on your business and goals.

    If your audience is online and makes buying decisions through the web (even if they buy in store), it could be something to consider… Let me know what thoughts you have on this…
